Jessica has now been with PaySmart for 12 years. She began her career at PaySmart after graduating from Central Penn College. She first started as a Payroll Specialist and then transitioned into our New Client Concierge. When she started, she began attending business networking events and meeting people in the community, including small business owners. Making her the look of PaySmart allowed local small businesses to understand that PaySmart is a small business operating in their backyard. Since Central PA is PaySmart’s home, Jessica has provided that warm and inviting feeling to clients, making them feel comfortable selecting PaySmart as their payroll provider.
Jessica has recently become a partner in the firm, ensuring that PaySmart remains locally owned and operated by a team of individuals that our clients are familiar with. In addition, she continues to grow her leadership skills. She recently graduated from Leadership Cumberland, a year-long leadership development training that has helped her learn more about the opportunities in Central PA. Part of this program included exposure to local non-profits such as The Girl Scouts, where Jessica could participate in activities to help the organization.
She enjoys connecting with small business owners and has been instrumental in understanding their needs and helping them get a payroll process that works best for them.
Jessica is the catalyst in connecting PaySmart with local community opportunities, cheering our team on in getting involved, giving not only financially but giving of our time, further strengthening our team.
Speaking of cheerleading, when Jessica is not busy being the cheerleader of PaySmart, she shuffles her two beautiful children to activities that include cheerleading and athletics, such as football. So you can find her on the sidelines cheering her children on as she is passionate about her kids’ activities and allowing them to pursue their interests.
When she and her family vacation, she tends to vote for the beach or anywhere tropical in the Summer months with beautiful weather and extended time with her husband and two children.
