On the 2-Factor Authentication screen, Click “Yes, let’s setup 2FA”.
Follow the instructions for Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Setup.
Step 1: Confirm the email address auto populated is correct. If the email is not correct, please click “Change Email” and update as needed.
*Email is case sensitive*
Step 2: Install a two-factor authentication App on your Apple or Android Smartphone. Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator are suggested authenticators, but most multi-factor authenticators will work, if you do not already have one.
Step 3: Add this login to your authentication app. Follow the instructions for your authentication app to scan the QR code or enter the authentication code on screen.
Step 4: Enter the one-time password code generated on the Multi-factor authentication app.
Click “Enable Two Factor”
How to Disable Multi-Factor Authentication in PPX
Log in to PPX.
Click on the name in the upper right hand corner then select “Account Settings”.
Go to the 2-Factor Authentication block and click “View QR Code”.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Disable Two Factor”. Confirm by clicking “Disable” on the popup.
How to Reactivate Multi-Factor Authentication in PPX
When Logged into PPX, Click on the name in the upper right hand corner then select “Account Settings”
Go to the 2-Factor Authentication block and click and click “Enable 2FA”.
Follow the on screen instructions to activate Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
