I’m Brittnie Bowling, and I’ve been a PaySmart Payroll Specialist since 2018. No two days are alike at PaySmart – I enjoy helping our clients and hearing the stories they have to share. Not only do we help our clients, but we help each other to ensure we are providing the best possible service to each client.

When I’m not at work, you’re likely to find me playing with my dog, cooking my favorite meals, spending time with my husband and daughter, or reading my favorite books.

If I could have dinner with anyone, I would enjoy dining with my Grandparents, who both passed away months before my daughter was born. I would love to see them meet each other and give me advice on being the best parent I can be for her.

Hi, I’m Kelli Gift, Managing Member of PaySmart since 2007. For the past 20 years I have enjoyed working with 100s of small businesses in Central Pennsylvania to remain relevant by allowing them to focus on their business while, we at PaySmart, focused on their payroll compliance. Small business has always been my passion and I take great joy in seeing our clients succeed.

My next greatest joy is watching our team members grow and succeed. At the end of 2023 I will pass the baton of PaySmart to 4 team members that have helped grow this amazing company. There is no greater professional accomplishment than to see PaySmart continue on with these ladies in charge!

While I will be moving from the area, I will not be completely leaving small business behind. I will continue with my next adventure, Striving 2 Thrive, helping individuals and companies identify and utilize their innate strengths. PaySmart has enabled me to see the value of utilizing team members’ strengths to everyone’s advantage and I look forward to sharing that knowledge with other businesses.

What I’d like small businesses to know about PaySmart: We, too, are a small business and understand how challenging it can be to remain relevant and get the respect we deserve. PaySmart always strives to provide the support you need to help your business achieve peak performance.

I’m Rachel McJunkins, Payroll Specialist supporting businesses to ensure accurate and timely payroll. I earned a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Resources, making PaySmart an excellent fit for me!

I value time with my family when I’m not at work. To unwind, I might be knitting, making cool gifts for friends, and watching my favorite tv show, The Mandalorian.

Some of my favorite things include chocolate, caffeinated beverages, and my favorite movie that I grew up with, “The Little Mermaid.”

What I’d like small businesses to know about PaySmart: We work together to complete the job. We must all pitch in and help one another complete assignments to support our clients. My co-workers and I participate in team-building exercises that facilitate this mission, allowing us to come together and step in for others when needed. All of this will enable us to exceed service expectations for customers.

I’m Laura Morgan and I am a Payroll Specialist. I began working at PaySmart after attending several higher education institutions in Pennsylvania, including the beautiful Lock Haven campus.

I have embraced being included in a team of women that includes the five owners who provide a different perspective to support personal and professional growth.

I am a talented artist and enjoy spending time with my family and pets when not working at PaySmart.

What I’d like small businesses to know about PaySmart: I understand the importance of providing personalized support to our clients, including small local businesses that rely on us for one-on-one support for all of their payroll needs.

I’m Corinne Hempt and I’m PaySmart’s Payroll Coordinator. I’ve been with PaySmart since 2008 and enjoy my role of helping our Payroll Specialists increase their payroll knowledge and ensuring that clients have a solid understanding of how payroll works. The best part of being on the PaySmart team is how we work closely together to support our clients and one another.

When I clock out from work and the weather is nice, you will definitely find me outside, perhaps kayaking, hiking, or gardening! If I could have dinner with anyone past, present, or future, I would enjoy sitting down with my great grandmother and learning more about our family heritage.

I’m Jessica Watson and I’m likely the first member of the PaySmart team new clients meet. As the New Client Concierge, I work with potential and new clients to explain the benefits of working with PaySmart, answer questions, and complete the process to bring them on board. As the New Client Concierge, I enjoy meeting small business owners and helping them save time and money on their payroll needs.

I’ve been a part of the PaySmart team since 2011. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Penn College. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, and going anywhere tropical!

What I’d like small businesses to know about PaySmart: We understand how difficult owning and operating a business can be, which is why we are so passionate about providing the best service.  Our goal is to make your payroll as effortless as possible so you can concentrate on what’s important to you – your business!

I’m Diana Winand. In my role as PaySmart’s Current Client Concierge, I work with our existing clients to streamline the payroll process. I answer client questions and provide helpful insight on how to maximize our tools to make payroll as efficient and easy as possible.

I’ve been part of the PaySmart team since 2011 and truly appreciate the way we work together to achieve our goal of providing superior payroll service. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Penn College, which gives me a broader understanding of how payroll impacts the life of a small business.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, shopping, or planning our next vacation! If I could have dinner with anyone past, present, or future, I’d choose my dad because he is greatly missed and so he could spend more time with his grandchildren.

What I’d like small businesses to know about PaySmart: PaySmart is a locally owned business focused on making our clients’ day-to-day operations less stressful through superior payroll service. We stay up-to-date with changing industry trends and truly care about our relationship with clients.

I’m Sara Wirt and I have been with PaySmart since 2008. I’m the Payroll Tax Manager so it’s my job to stay up-to-date with tax issues that could impact our small business clients. It’s a job that’s never boring and full of challenges, to say the least! I’m always glad to be able to provide a helpful answer to a client’s question.

I’m grateful to be part of a company that functions well as a team on behalf of our clients. I have an associate’s degree in accounting and am a Certified Payroll Professional. Since I spend my weekdays indoors wrapping my mind around challenging tax issues, you’ll find me reading or taking advantage of the great outdoors any chance I get! If I could pick anyone to have dinner with, it would be myself – I don’t know what it’s like to have dinner without interruptions!
